Accounts Payable Assistant (Temp 3 to 6 months) – Glasgow - £25k
What does a typical day to day look like?
- Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses
- Admin & processing of corporate credit card statements
- Ensuring that invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company procedures
- Allocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runs
- Dealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner
What we are looking for?
- Experience in a high volume environment is essential
- Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Proficient in the use of IT & Financial systems
