Administration Consulting Analyst – Pensions

Location: Birmingham, Edinburgh or Glasgow | Hybrid working

£29,000 to £45,000 derpending on experience

We’re working with a leading pensions and consulting organisation that is looking to appoint an Administration Consulting Analyst to join its Data Journey team within its Third-Party Administration (TPA) function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to work across a varied portfolio of DB, DC and CARE pension projects, supporting both new and existing clients.

The role will involve:

  • Delivering pensions administration services and project work across a portfolio of clients.

  • Supporting data cleansing, rectification and complex calculation projects.

  • Analysing requirements and helping define project scope, objectives and delivery approaches.

  • Acting as a point of reference for complex or non-standard cases.

  • Producing reports, presenting findings and making recommendations to clients and stakeholders.

  • Contributing to process improvements and wider business development activity.

  • Managing work to agreed deadlines, quality standards and budgets.

We're looking for:

  • Experience within UK pensions administration/operations.

  • Strong knowledge of DB and DC pension legislation.

  • Experience with data cleansing, rectification and complex calculations.

  • Strong analytical and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and pensions administration systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience working on projects and managing competing deadlines.

PMI qualifications, or a willingness to work towards one, would be advantageous, although relevant industry experience will also be considered.
