Role - Accounts Assistant

Location - Paisley, Scotland

Are you an Accounts Assistant who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in doing a great job? Who are they looking for?

  • An Experienced Accounts Assistant.
  • Experience with either XERO or Quickbooks.
  • Exposure to a varied client portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proactive, Outgoing, and Individual.
  • 2years+ Public Practise Experience.
  • Desire to succeed and do a great job?

What does a day look like?

  • Preparing VAT Returns.
  • Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Preparing Management and Financial Reports.
  • Assist with implementing, training, and supporting all clients on XERO or Quickbooks.
  • Providing advice on current in-house systems.
  • Identifying potential improvements.
  • Liaising with Managers and Partners.
  • Working with a varied Client Portfolio, involving regular client contact.
