Role - Accounts Assistant
Location - Paisley, Scotland
Are you an Accounts Assistant who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in doing a great job? Who are they looking for?
- An Experienced Accounts Assistant.
- Experience with either XERO or Quickbooks.
- Exposure to a varied client portfolio.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Enjoy developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Proactive, Outgoing, and Individual.
- 2years+ Public Practise Experience.
- Desire to succeed and do a great job?
What does a day look like?
- Preparing VAT Returns.
- Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
- Preparing Management and Financial Reports.
- Assist with implementing, training, and supporting all clients on XERO or Quickbooks.
- Providing advice on current in-house systems.
- Identifying potential improvements.
- Liaising with Managers and Partners.
- Working with a varied Client Portfolio, involving regular client contact.
