Account Manager

What does a day look like?

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Conducting regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Analysing client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and business outcomes to senior management.
  • Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and influence.


  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or customer service industry.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings and events as needed.
