What does a day look like?
- Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Conducting regular client meetings to review account performance and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Analysing client data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and business outcomes to senior management.
- Participating in industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company’s reach and influence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the sales, marketing, or customer service industry.
- Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings and events as needed.
