What made you want to join HRC Recruitment?
HRC have a fantastic reputation within the industry and to add to that, the vast majority of clients/potential clients I spoke with would tell me they were working with HRC already, so it was a no brainer.
What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment?
I worked for a legal firm dealing with personal injury claims when I left school and then joined a large insurance company doing a customer service role. This is why it made sense to follow legal recruitment.
What was your dream job as a child?
I definitely wanted to be Beyonce!
What’s been your biggest success so far?
Probably having my flat. I moved out on my own when I was 19 and I really struggled with the running of a flat (especially the cost!). I worked two jobs, working seven days a week, for three years to afford it and still enjoy life as young 20-year-old. I’ve worked really hard to get to a place now where it’s manageable and I wouldn’t change it.
When we’re not in the middle of a pandemic, what do you like to do in your free time?
Spending time with my family and friends, I’m happy doing anything if I’m with them.
What is most important to you?
Family, especially my niece.

Chatty, loud and caring.

First response was “annoying, annoying, annoying”, and the revised effort was “friendly, outgoing and creative”. You decide which one to believe!
