Meet the Recruiter: Eva Richardson

 What made you want to join HRC Recruitment? HRC’s culture really stood out to me from the outside looking in throughout HRC’s various social media platforms and company website as a place that was full of people who really love their job. As a new graduate working alongside positive, supportive, and friendly colleagues was something that was important to me and HRC definitely has that to offer. What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment? I joined HRC a month after finishing university where I studied business management with human resource management as I enjoyed specifically learning and about recruitment and selection processes. Throughout university I have worked in various sales and customer service positions which led me to recruitment as I enjoy working in a people orientated business setting. What was your dream job as a child?  My younger self would have wanted to be a singer… maybe a Hannah Montana equivalent (shame I can’t sing to save myself!). What’s been your biggest success so far? Completing my final year of university all online was a challenge so being able to complete my exams and complete my dissertation in those circumstances was a big achievement! When we’re not in the middle of a pandemic, what do you like to do in your free time? I enjoy meeting up with friends to go try new brunch and dinners places in Glasgow. I have also missed going on holidays and visiting new places. What is most important to you (this can either be personally or professionally)? Family, friends, and my dog!
