Our Accountancy and Finance (Industry and Commerce) team continued to develop and thrive throughout 2017 as we strengthened our offering across the East Coast. Our Accountancy team benefit from over twenty years’ combined experienced in their market. Here at HRC Recruitment, we very much believe in a hands-on approach and benefit greatly from getting to know our clients and candidates in order to ensure a successful recruitment journey every time.
The team are committed to excellence and regularly receive glowing feedback from clients and candidates. We keep our finger on the pulse of our market; ensuring that we are always aware of networking events, conferences, changes to the sector and any other factors that could alter the way we recruit. We work together to ensure a friendly, approachable and well-rounded service.
Heading up the team is Managing Consultant, Linda Currie. Linda has worked on many ambitious recruitment projects during her time here at HRC and is just as comfortable working with large, multi-national companies as she is with independent, boutique firms. Her drive to ensure a perfect match between client and candidate has established her as a leading market specialist. Currently, Linda recruits for permanent and contract roles up to Part Qualified level such as credit control, accounts assistant, purchase ledger and team leader.
Joining her on the team is our consultant Eilidh Black, who came through the HRC graduate scheme back in 2014. Eilidh is well-loved by her candidates as she always ensures to find the “right fit” for them. She particularly enjoys working on niche roles within the market, and specialises within the Professional Services sector across Scotland, with particular focus on payroll and transactional Accountancy roles such as team leaders and administrators. Eilidh is a regular at industry networking events and is passionate about encouraging women to blossom within the market.
Specialising within the Edinburgh and East Coast market is our consultant, Travis Sinclair. Travis currently recruits for Qualified and Senior level finance roles, ranging from Newly Qualified Accountants to CFO / Finance Director level appointments. He particularly enjoys meeting candidates at pivotal stages within their careers and helping them take the next step. Travis works across range of sectors including FMCG, Engineering, Public Sector, Education and Charity.
