What made you want to join HRC Recruitment?
HRC Recruitment was an agency I had never heard of before. However, after researching HRC and their values – Ambitious, Accountable, Collaborative and Honest, they were ones which I aligned with my personal values. Not only this, HRC has a fun, inclusive culture and a workplace where you can have a laugh and achieve your career goals, which seemed a great fit for me.
What career path did you follow before getting into recruitment?
Prior to HRC I studied International Business at university and was unsure of the career path I would follow, but recruitment was always on the back of my mind. I love that I now have the flexibility to build my own desk, work with great clients and candidates and work in a brilliant team.
What was your dream job as a child?
Believe it or not, my dream job as a child was a doctor, but that was short-lived as I don’t like the sight of blood.
What’s been your biggest success so far?
Career wise – placing my first candidate. I’ll never forget the proud feeling of collaborating with a candidate and watching them achieve their career goals. It was a great feeling and I can’t believe how many people I have supported now.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I love to go out for drinks and dinner!
What is most important to you?
Spending time with my favourite people.

I have a small moon tattoo behind my ear (my first and last tattoo), which I got because Ariana Grande has it.
