Are you who we’re looking for?

• Proven experience in engineering, ideally within heavy industry or manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, and failure analysis
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques such as vibration, thermography, or ultrasound
• Experience with CMMS systems like Maximo • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering

Day-to-day, you will:

• Conduct root cause analysis and failure investigations to improve equipment reliability
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies
• Utilise condition monitoring tools to identify potential issues proactively
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and operators to optimise asset performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and asset management strategies
