Our client has a fantastic opportunity to join their business as a Workforce Planning Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Planning and managing a sizeable team of analysts. This role would suit someone who has a strong combination of both technical skills (from a resource planning background) and leadership skills (able to manage a team effectively). You must also be a strong stakeholder manager and be confident driving change!
Are you who we’re looking for?
• Excellent people management skills, with experience managing a team of direct reports
• Understanding of MI toolkits
• Experience of using a range of WFM systems (experience of Verint is preferred but not essential)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• An ability to lead projects and deliver key changes
• Thorough understanding of forecasting, scheduling and real time best practice
• Ideally you will have experience of planning in both contact centre and back office functions
• Strong understanding of how planning and scheduling can influence the customer experience

• Managing a team of multiskilled analysts
