Position:  Temporary Receptionist/Administrator

Salary:  £9 per hour

Hours:  Monday to Thursday (8am - 4.30pm) and Friday (8am – 3.30pm)

Location:  Glasgow

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Receptionist/Administrator to join an industry leading commercial office based in Glasgow. The role is an immediate start and will be for 2 weeks. Please only apply if you can commit fully to this time and are immediately available.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first class customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Transferring calls & taking messages
  • Dealing with a busy email inbox
  • Sorting and franking mail
  • Providing administrative support for the office

The candidate will:

  • Have Receptionist experience
  • Desired experience using a switchboard
  • Have solid experience of Outlook & Excel
  • Be a friendly personable individual
  • Have the ability to multi task
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • IT literate
