Key Skills & Experience:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in personal injury or litigation within the personal injury sector.
- A strong track record of successfully handling a variety of personal injury cases.
- Business development acumen, with a proactive approach to building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills, with the ability to drive growth in a new office environment.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering outstanding results and expanding your expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of personal injury claims, providing expert legal advice and representation.
- Taking the lead in business development activities to drive the growth of the firm’s Galashiels office.
- Support the presence and building a reputation for the office.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and community.
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and foster relationships with existing clients.
- Drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
- Collaborating with senior partners of other offices to align business development goals with legal practice and case success.
- Actively participating in networking, marketing, and promotional activities to enhance the firm’s profile in the region.
