Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in personal injury litigation, ideally with a focus on mass litigation

- Excellent client relationship skills and a commitment to providing a high standard of service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of mass litigation claims, often involving multiple claimants and high-profile cases.
- Conducting thorough investigations, gathering evidence, and building robust cases.
- Drafting legal documents, providing strategic advice, and representing clients in court and mediation.
- Working closely with partners to develop innovative legal strategies and grow the mass litigation practice.
- Engaging in business development activities to enhance the firm’s profile in mass litigation.
- Ensuring compliance with client SLAs, deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
