Key Skills & Experience:
- A proven track record in personal injury litigation, with a focus on disease claims.
- Strong attention to detail, combined with the ability to manage a varied caseload.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of industrial disease claims, including asbestos-related and occupational illness cases.
- Investigating claims, gathering evidence, and taking witness statements.
- Drafting legal documents, offering expert advice, and negotiating settlements.
- Representing clients in court, pre-trial meetings, and mediation.
- Collaborating with partners to develop innovative strategies and grow the disease practice.
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives to expand the firm's reach in the disease litigation field.
