What does the day to day look like?
- You will take responsibility for managing a key client portfolio and will build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- You will be the key contact for the client on day-today matters and will advise the client when tacking changes to the business
- You will take the lead on dealing with large, technically complex clients with minimal partner input
- You will manage a number of audit teams and ensure planned audit work is appropriately completely to satisfy audit objectives
- Ensure work is allocated and carried out profitably and on a timely basis
- Ensure that all employees are managed and developed to the maximum of their potential
- You will grow your portfolio by undertaking significant business development
- Organise and attend office marketing events
Are you who we are looking for?
- You will hold a professional qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent)
- You will have significant post-qualified experience in audit within practice
- You will have experience of working on large audits and complex groups in addition to dealing with complex technical matters
- You will have significant business development experience
- You will have a good working knowledge of compliance and regulation
- You will have the proven ability to support and mentor junior staff
