HR Consultancy are delighted to be working on a retained basis with Loganair, an innovative and market leading business with a loyal and diverse customer base. They are currently looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join their talented team.

The role will play a key part in supporting the monthly process, analysing results & partnering with various stakeholders across the business to ensure key drivers of revenue and cost are fully understood.
Main duties include:
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts in line with strict company timetable
* Liaise with FD, FC, and others in the explanation of monthly variances
* Working with the finance team to oversee the creation of departmental budgets and budget holders
* Challenging current ways of working to ensure processes are streamlines where possible
* Supervision and direction of Finance Business Partnering team
Key skills & experience required:
* ICAS/ACCA/CIMA Qualified either within practice or a fast-paced commercial environment
* Analytical mind, with an ability to delve into detail to investigate and resolve issues
* Confident and credible business partner, capable of building strong professional relationships with non-finance
* Proactive approach to tasks, deadline orientated and able to think creatively
* Driven to continuously improve and suggest new ways of working to add value
