Secretarial Manager - Edinburgh - Salary up to £45,000 p/a DOE

We are supporting a leading, global firm in Edinburgh City Centre, to secure them a new secretarial manage to support a large team across Glasgow and Edinburgh. You will be an experienced people/line manager, able to lead and drive a team to deliver outstanding client service. As well as looking after the wider team, you will be responsible for providing PA support to a small number of partners and fee earners daily.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity working core business hours Monday - Friday. The salary for this role is up to £45,000 p/a DOE.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You are an experienced PA, ideally from the Legal or professional services sector
- You have team management experience
- You have stakeholder management and engagement experience
- You have a strong service delivery and customer focused approach
- You are flexible and can manage ever-changing demands
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other systems
- You have a proactive approach, and are able to work towards and achieve set targets and KPI's
- You enjoy building strong relationships with key stakeholders daily
- You have experience working in a fast-paced environment
- You have a strong attention to detail
What is the day to day like?
- Developing and implementing best practice processes through review to ensure efficient operation of the secretarial services
- Identify and work on service improvements, liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues
- Acting as a key point of contact for head of groups, executive teams, partners and fee earner groups daily
- Acting as a key liaison group for Office Services, working collaboratively to ensure any administration support is aligned and delivering a high quality service
- Identifying and maintaining appropriate levels of resource, ensuring needs of the business and wider group are met
- Executing performance management, check ins, 1:1s and agreeing any objectives for the team daily
- Identifying any training and development needs, facilitating relevant support
- Assisting with any recruitment and selection
- Contributing to firm-wide projects, working closely with key business stakeholders
- Following the firms compliance policies and procedures, raising issues and queries promptly
- Completing all training when required
