Currently working with a financial company based in Glasgow city centre, who are looking to hire a Scrum Master to work on various and exciting projects within the financial sector.
Day to day activities:
- Run daily sprint, standups, to help provide the company produce the best products they can.
- Teach the team Scrum methodologies to the product owners working on other projects.
- Working with other project teams to deliver the project.
- Continuous improvement of the development pipeline to streamline efficiency.
- Assisting with the development team
What you will need:
- Scrum Master experience
- Agile transformations experience
- Can change technical jargon into simple English.
- Strong motivation skills
- Continuous integration
- Financial sector experience
