We’re looking to add to our team – across a variety of different specialisms - and would like to chat to experienced recruiters who are capable of offering their clients and candidates the best possible experience and service.
Based in our modern Glasgow city centre office, you’d be working alongside experienced and dedicated recruiters who are passionate and knowledgeable about their market. We believe in building relationships and creating talent pipelines – both of which can be achieved through excellent business development and strong social media networking skills.
If you’re great on the phone, via email and in person, you could be who we’re looking for. We want to make a difference to those we meet. We’re big on our friendly yet driven culture and would like to find experienced recruiters who will be great additions to our existing team.
What does the day to day look like?
Well, no two days are the same, you will be out meeting with organisations to assist them with hiring talent for their teams, working with candidates looking for new opportunities to enhance their own careers, business developing as well as networking both face to face and on the phone and managing your business pipeline strategy to deliver against your own targets.
Are you who we are looking for?
You should be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with both companies and individuals and have a desire to really help enhance people’s careers. You will be a go getter who is self motivated to be the best you can be and have a determination to achieve and exceed your targets.
We are looking for some previous experienced gained in a recruitment role coupled with strong social media search and selection ability.
