Working for the UK’s investment company you will join the quality assurance team and will be responsible for assuring entire software delivery ensuring feasibility from the initial requirement gathering, to building and then the live running of the product.

What will you day look like?

Test planning
Test analysis and design
Test implementation and execution
Evaluating exit criteria and reporting
Short feedback loops to development teams
Defect management
Release cycle management and version control
Client management
Communication of client UAT roles and responsibilities to ensure the right things happen at the right times
Capture of client feedback from the acceptance process for use in future product development or releases
Adhering to the firm’s Information Security standards, policies and procedures

Who are we looking for?

Strong experience of agile software testing in a financial services environment (ideally pensions) is a must
Experience of working within a data heavy, complex, regulatory environment a must
Experience in testing for functional quality a must
Familiarity of testing for non-functional quality, such as usability, reliability, compatibility and portability
ISTQB qualified
Great communicator and able to liaise with development teams.
