Property Manager – Lettings Environment – Salary up to £21,000 – Glasgow
Are you an experienced Property Management with a proven track record of working in a busy lettings environment? Do you like to work in a busy, fun and rewarding environment? This could be the ideal role for you.
HRC Recruitment are working with reputable firm to recruit for a Property Manager to join an existing, successful team. You will be liaising with the tenants and landlords to negotiate the processes involved in securing a suitable tennant, administering lease agreements, relevant paperwork and moving tenants.
What will an average day for the Property Manager look like?
- Dealing with 3rd parties – landlords, tenants, relevant parties etch
- Monitoring rent review dates
- Arranging steps to end tenancy
- Administration of the move out process
- Arranging appointments to check out
- Forwarding checkout reports
- Liaising with utilities and council tax offices
- Administration of full tenancy start dates
- Dealing with all relevant fees
- All other duties required
What will the successful Property Manager look like?
- You will have a proven track record in Property Management
- Ideally experience in lettings
- This is an office-based role, so solid administration and organisational skills are required
- First class communication skills
