PPI-IR & DSAR Quality Assurance - Glasgow - Competitive Salary
I am working on a new and exciting contract opportunity for an experienced PPI-IR & DSAR Quality Assurance to join a leading banking group in Glasgow city centre. This role offers a very competitive daily rate at £225 for the right candidate
As part of a team you will be responsible for delivering Assurance on PPI Information Requests and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR’s) received from customers, driving continuous improvement of standards set for assurance and providing confidence the bank is delivering fair customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Testing completed PPI Information requests for DSAR’s provided by customers
- Accurately and concisely summarising the review findings in writing
- Identifying systemic issues/themes with and recommending appropriate remedial action
- Active self – management of cases and workflow
Key Requirements:
- Experience of working in a quality checking or quality assurance role, Ideally in a PPI or DSAR context
- Strong attention to detail and ability to apply a methodical approach to assurance work
- Ability to apply PPI & DSAR policies
- Proven experience of delivering against tight deadlines whilst ensuring high standards of work produced
- Ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources
