Part Time Facilities Manager – Professional Services – Glasgow City Centre

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading Glasgow based professional services firm to recruit for a Part Time Facilities Manager (Job Share), working 18 hours per week.
Working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Please note, our client is only looking for candidates who are specifically looking for part time work.
What will the Part Time Facilities Manager role look like?
With a previous background and proven track record in a similar role, you and your job share colleague will be responsible for the following duties:
- Space Planning, office movement and relocation of staff and teams
- Office procurement
- Project Management
- Health & Safety Assessments
- Act as First Aiders / Fire Stewards and ensure procedures are adhered to
- Liaison and management of contractors (cleaners, security office suppliers etc.)
- Renewals and negotiations with suppliers
- Dealing with all facilities related queries
- Ensuring all office material is to the highest standard
- Maintenance issues as required
- Ad hoc projects and support.
Please note – The Part Time Facilities Manager role will be based from the Glasgow office, though will require occasional travel through to Edinburgh.
