You will support the Head of OD in the design and development of polices and processes and your tasks and responsibilities will include: -
- Utilising diagnostic tools to analyse data
- Understanding of job evaluation
- Experience of facilitating managerial workshops
- Ideally experienced in Oracle HR and MS Office
