Legal Secretary – Leith – Salary is flexible depending on experience
Expected Hours: Full time Position, approximately 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking to have a chat with experienced Legal secretaries to discuss joining a successful Legal Firm in Leith. Working across their Litigation and Family Law teams to support with all aspects of their day to day secretarial tasks.
Are you who were looking for?
· Legal Secretarial experience required
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Experience of dealing directly with clients
· Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
· Ability to use initiative
What does the day to day look like?
· Liaising with lawyers to identify their work commitments and prioritise work accordingly
· Diary Management
· Audio and copy typing for complex and confidential documents
· Handle client telephone enquiries
Previous experience within a similar role is essential. The successful candidate will be from a Legal Secretarial background. Litigation experience is preferred but not essential.
The main focus of this role is to bring in a candidate with the right team fit and attitude in to support Partners within their team.
