Legal PA (Infrastructure) - Edinburgh - Salary up to £32,000 p/a DOE

We are looking to speak to experienced Legal PA's who are looking for a new challenging role in Edinburgh. This position is within an established Infrastructure team, dealing specifically with commercial disputes. Ideally, you will have experience providing effective support to a team of Partners and Fee Earners daily, completing all administrative tasks proactively working to set targets and deadlines when required.

Are you who we are looking for?
- You have Personal Assistant experience, ideally within a legal environment or within a litigation team
- You are a confident communicator both written and orally
- You have strong attention to detail
- You are proactive, well organised and able to work within set targets and deadlines
- You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and dictation software daily
- You have strong administration experience
- You enjoy building strong internal and external relationships daily with key stakeholders
- You can work well individually and as part of a wider team environment
What is the day to day like?
- Producing correspondence, documents and presentations daily
- Utilising various systems daily, providing a reliable service to all Fee Earners within the team
- Liaising closely with the document production team daily, creating and amending documents when required, using track changes and keeping up to date on any changes required
- Communicating effectively with Fee Earners and line managers regarding workflows
- Drafting correspondence on behalf of Fee Earners, proof reading documents and working to set targets and deadlines daily
- Opening and closing new client files and closing in line with set policies and procedures
- Completing all diary management, with weekly, monthly and annual commitments in advance
- Assisting in meetings when required including logistics, travel, room booking, catering and IT requirements
- Managing email accounts and monitoring all inboxes, as well as storage management
- Managing processes for producing invoices and sending to clients as well as dealing with any queries
- Dealing with any expenses for the team
- Completing filing, scanning and binding when required
- Liaising and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders daily, acting as a key point of contact
- Providing support to the wider team of PA's, divisions and offices when required
