Information Request Quality Assurance Analyst - Glasgow - Competitive Daily Rate on offer
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a large banking operation, based in Glasgow City Centre, who are looking to add an experienced Information Request Quality Assurance Analyst to their team.
This is an initial 6-month contract position and will pay a daily rate of £225 per day, working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Opportunities are available for experienced contractors with a background in Data Gathering, ideally in a QC or QA role, to join the Enterprise Assurance Team in our Information Request (IR) Quality Assurance role.
Responsibilities of Information Request Quality Assurance Analyst:
As part of the team, you will be responsible for delivering QA on PPI Information Requests (PPI-IR) received from Customers, providing confidence that customers are provided with a complete and accurate response to their request.
Experience of gathering and interpreting complex data from multiple sources, strong attention to detail and ability to apply a methodical approach to your work, ideally in a Quality role, are key attributes for a successful candidate.

• Knowledge and application of industry standard assurance methodologies;
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources;
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative and collegiate manner;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to disseminate lots of data into insightful management information.

• Be Degree qualified or have extensive relevant experience.
• Hold previous Audit or industry recognised Control Testing qualifications/experience
• Be motivated to work individually or as part of a wider team.
