We are looking for confident, enthusiastic and flexible individuals looking to take up a permanent role as a Customer Service Advisor. This role will be based in Glasgow City Centre, therefore, is extremely accessible with many public transport links.
What duties can you expect?
- Handle inbound telephone calls delivering the best possible outcome
- Take complete ownership of calls resolving customer accounts
- Amend policy details ensuring excellent attention to detail
- Recording information accurately on company systems
- Upselling on additional products
- Build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Consistently perform to meet set performance standards

The Package:
Your starting salary will be depending on experience and will sit between £17,143 - £19,000 per annum. This role comes with a monthly and quarterly bonus structure and a pay progression scheme that will allow you to increase top earnings and always strive to do your best.
Working Hours:
You will be flexible between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Saturday and 9am-2pm Sunday.
