HR Co-Ordinator - Glasgow - Professional Services - £25k-£27k
An excellent opportunity has come up with an established professional services business in Glasgow. This is an opportunity for a driven HR professional who is looking to build, learn and develop within their HR career. You will be working directly with the HR Advisor supporting the full HR function and helping shape what this looks like in the future.
The Role
The HR Co-Ordinator will report to the HR Advisor and be responsible for supporting the growth of the HR function, offering comprehensive delivery to key stakeholders and the wider business. The HR Assistant will work in collaborative partnership with the HR Advisor to drive the HR strategy, vision, and tasks. This is a generalist role and will allow the successful candidate to develop their HR skillset and experience. This role will cover Recruitment, Employee life cycle, Learning & Development, and project work.
Responsibilities

Recruitment support including onboarding processes

Supporting HR Advisor with employee relations casework eg. Note taking when required

Learning & Development

On/Off Boarding Support - Letter/Template generation, required administration

General/HR Administration duties

Supporting HR Advisor with project work and business initiatives
The Candidate

Minimum 1-2 years experience in an HR setting or similar role

Willingness to learn

Strong administration skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ambitious, self-motivated, and hard working

Able to work at pace and prioritise when required
