This role will involve you to work as part of the senior management team to deliver a professional HR service in the following areas:-
- Support with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with the recruitment process
- Execute employer branding initiatives
- Support in adaptation of HR systems
- Support in performance management
- Assess and evaluate training, both internal and external suppliers
- Lead of local roll-out of diversity
- Conduct job profile grading
- Other adhoc duties as directed
