Are you an experienced HR Advisor/Officer - immediately available?
This is an interim requirement to join a small HR function as an HR Advisor for approx 6 months.
This is a generalist role working with a well known organisation in a dedicated HR function where you will provide generalist HR advice on day to day issues and you will take a pro active role in handling case work - including discipline, grievance and absence. You will also be involved with performance and absence management and also suporting the HR manager with HR projects when required.
You MUST be an experienced HR Advisor/Officer with up to date employment law knowledge and you will ideally have an HR qualification (CIPD or CHRP). Candidates MUST be available to start asap.
