This is a great permanent role to join a large, commercial business based in Glasgow as an HR Advisor
This is a generalist role working in a large HR department where you will be involved with providing advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, including discipline and grievance issues and absence management, performance, conduct and capability.
You will also take the lead and drive HR projects/initiatives within the HR function. You will have previous experience of working in an HR advisor/officer role and will have very broad and up to date employment law knowledge. You will be confident supporting and coaching staff across all levels in the business.
You must also have CIPD qualification or working towards this.
