HRC Recruitment has an urgent role for a fluent French speaking customer advisor to work a full time, permanent contract based in their modern Glasgow City Centre offices.  
 
Role: Dutch Customer Service Advisor
Location: Glasgow centre
Hours: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm 
Contract: permanent
Salary: £17,500 
 
Are you who we’re looking for? 
• A fluent, native Dutch speaker with English fluency as a second language
• Previous experience working in customer service roles is preferred
• Ability to multi-task is a must
• To be self-motivated and work well within a team.
• To answer all customer’s questions within a timely manner
 
What does the day to day look like? 
• Deal with inbound telephone and e-mail customer queries
• Follow up the queries with the relevant administration
• Manage your own workload and possess the ability to prioritise
• Ensuring that all customers always receive the highest level of service possible.
• Remaining professional and polite at all times
