Position: Facilities Co-ordinator
Salary: up to £25,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Glasgow

HRC Recruitment are working with a prestigious market leader to recruit for a Facilities Co-ordinator.
Working with part of an established and close-knit team, you will assist the internal clients on a daily basis. Your role as Facilities Co-ordinator will be varied.
What does an average day look like?
- Ensuring compliance with H&S legislation
- Liasing with vendors and suppliers
- Maintaining suppliers contract details
- Carrying out floor inspections
- Assisting with desk / office moves
- Covering Reception when required
- Addressing facilities based issues
- Working closely with the Facilities Manager
What does the successful candidate look like?
- The successful candidate will have a proven track background in Facilities Co-ordination.
- You will work closely with the Facilities Manager, so you must be a strong team player and possess excellent administration skills.
- You will be comfortable working in a professional services background and be a first class communicator.
- This role involves a lot of customer service and internal customer support so you will be able to communicate at all levels.
