Private Wealth Executive Assistant – Band 1 Firm – North Scotland
HRC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a prestigious Band 1 law firm in North Scotland to recruit a skilled Private Wealth Executive Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-focused professional to join a top-tier firm, supporting their highly regarded Private Wealth team.
As a vital member of this award-winning practice, you will work closely with 2 senior team and their clients, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the Private Wealth team, including diary management, handling correspondence, and preparing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with the organisation and coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage case files, ensuring accurate and timely updates to records and databases.
- Support fee earners with the preparation of legal documents and client reports.
- Handle billing and financial administration, including preparing invoices and managing expenses.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar executive assistant, legal secretary, or administrative role within a professional services environment.
- A strong understanding of private wealth or legal services would be advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant legal software systems.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
