In this role, you will be an essential part of their customer journey, ensuring that their clients receive exceptional service from start to finish.

Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Experience within an customer service/logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Resilient, driven, and able to use your initiative to complete tasks daily.
  • Experience within a FMCG or Drinks environment, dealing with a vast customer base (preferred, but not essential).
  • Experience working within an export environment (preferred).
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate with key business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Awareness of HMRC/Customs regulations related to the movement of goods internationally.
  • Motivated and driven to learn and develop your career within a global business.

What does the day to day look like?

  • Processing all customer orders for a set of allocated customer accounts.
  • Communicating with customers in a professional manner, building key relationships.
  • Monitoring customer orders from entry to receipt, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Completing appropriate documentation in line with specific country and HMRC guidelines/requirements.
  • Investigating any post-despatch issues and initiating claims processes when required.
  • Liaising with various internal functions across the business daily, building key internal relationships.
  • Liaising with external contacts such as HMRC and Freight Forwarders to discuss the movement/shipment of goods.
  • Continuously developing personal knowledge of export, customs, and market legislation documents.
  • Completing additional tasks related to reporting, forecasts, depletions, and inventory levels for customers.
