We are looking for ambitious and outgoing individuals seeking a permanent opportunity to work for a well-known brand based in Glasgow City Centre. The office is very easily accessible through public transport and boasts an energetic working environment.
What can you expect to do day to day?
- Be responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout the full client experience
- Manage inbound telephone calls
- Assist with the opening of customer accounts and customer development
- Liaise with clients throughout the ordering and transaction process
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to maximize the customer experience
- Work to targets and deadlines
What must you bring to be considered?
- Previous exposure to working in a customer service environment
- Fantastic communication skills with the ability to adapt to changing scenarios
- The ability to manage a conflicting workload
- A passion for providing an excellent service
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Previous experience working with computer systems
The Package
You will receive a starting salary of £19,000 per annum with room for advancement.
Working Hours:
You will be flexible between the hours of 7am-7pm Monday to Friday and 9-1pm Saturday. You will only be required to work around 1 in 4 Saturdays.
