Customer Service Administrator - Ayrshire

If you have an eagerness to succeed and are looking to start a new position with a quick turnaround then HR Consultancy may have a fantastic role available for you. The opportunity we have is initially a temporary contract for 3 months with the potential to go permanent.

We are keen to speak to energetic, professional and willing individuals keen to take up an administrative based role within a customer service driven environment. This role will be based in Kilmarnock and boasts a fantastic working environment.

What duties can you expect?

  • Responding via email and letter to all communication received from customers
  • Adapt communication style to suit email and letter responses
  • Perform consistently to meet performance standards
  • Strive to reach daily goals set by the department

What do you have to bring to be considered?

  • Previous experience of using Microsoft packages: Word/ Excel & Outlook
  • Previous experience corresponding with customers via email and letter
  • Exposure to working within a customer service environment

Working Hours:

You will work on a 2 week Rota

Monday – Friday 8am-4pm and 9am-5pm
