We are looking to speak with confident and motivated Credit Controllers with experience in a customer focused organization. We are recruiting on behalf of our well known and highly successful organization for their site based in Greenock.
You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service while proactively reducing outstanding debt.
Are you who we’re looking for?
· You must have a proven background in Credit Control and ideally Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre environment
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills
· You must be highly proficient using the full Microsoft Office suite including Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work using your own initiative and prioritise effectively
What does the day to day look like?
· Making outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding balances and resolving payment issues
· Dealing with incoming calls and queries regarding outstanding balances
· Following Credit Control processes to ensure all outstanding balances are communicated promptly and are managed effectively
· Identifying potential improvements and making recommendations to management
· Reporting on daily activity
