HRC Recruitment is looking to hear from candidates from a Company Secretarial background for a new opportunity with our Edinburgh based client.

Role remit:

  • To provide and assist with Company Secretarial work on behalf of the firm’s clients
  • Deal with Companies House administration
  • Submit Annual Returns
  • Draft board minutes
  • Assist with Company Secretarial Administration work including share allotments/transfers of dividends

To be considered:

  • You will have a background in Company Secretarial work
  • Be experienced in dealing with Companies House and associated paperwork
  • Experience of Blueprint Software
  • Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients
  • Have a strong and confident manner and be a team player
