HRC Recruitment is looking to hear from candidates from a Company Secretarial background for a new opportunity with our Edinburgh based client.
Role remit:
- To provide and assist with Company Secretarial work on behalf of the firm’s clients
- Deal with Companies House administration
- Submit Annual Returns
- Draft board minutes
- Assist with Company Secretarial Administration work including share allotments/transfers of dividends
To be considered:
- You will have a background in Company Secretarial work
- Be experienced in dealing with Companies House and associated paperwork
- Experience of Blueprint Software
- Experienced in dealing with a variety of clients
- Have a strong and confident manner and be a team player
