This major insurance company have developed a first-class reputation across the motor insurance sector and have enjoyed sustained growth over the past few years. They are continuing their expansion in Glasgow with the recruitment of an Injury Claims Team Leader on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity if you are currently leading a team of claims handlers but just don’t see any progression within your role. You’ll be tasked with the management of a team of experienced claims handlers who deal with motor based injury claims with a remit for all areas of people management including performance reviews, appraisals, recruitment, handling complaints and stakeholder relations.
Further to this core management role you will be able to keep a technical remit for handling complex referrals and disputed cases.
