We are looking to speak with a competent, confident and hardworking individual that would relish the opportunity to work as part of a small organisation where you will be responsible for the accounts function at the transactional stage.
My client is a small but growing organisation where you will really be able to shape the role and influence wider business successes. Due to the size of organisation, it is crucial that this hire is a good team fit and will enjoy a positive working relationship.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must be experienced working in the property sector and understand this market
- Have the experience and confidence to work on your own and be comfortable with this responsibility
- Be capable of dealing with any issues that arise and handling this professionally
- Have a pro-active and positive attitude
What will the day to day look like?
- Producing high volumes of invoices
- Creating accounts for customers
- Dealing with invoice queries in an effective and timely manner
- Allocating payments
- Process & generate reminder letters & monthly statements
- Credit Checking and highlighting any potential risks
- General ledger reconciliation
- Negotiating supplier contracts
- Service charge reconciliation, budgeting
- Ad hoc duties
