HR Consultancy are an established, reputable and customer orientated Recruitment Agency who are going through a period of organic growth and to support this are looking for ambitious, business savvy and customer service orientated graduates to join the team on a permanent basis.

The primary purpose of this role is to carry out the full recruitment service to clients across your specialist area, you will do this through:

 

  • Business Development calling to engage clients and build relationships
  • Attract high quality candidates for vacancies and carry out formal registration interviews ahead of submittal to clients for review.
  • Format, re-word and create profiles summarising candidate experience and submit CV to the client for review
  • Manage and Co-ordinate the interview, offer and placement process on behalf of the client.
  • Organise and attend client facing meetings to build on existing relationships and create new ones.
  • Use various marketing techniques to work on behalf of your candidates to support them in the search for a new opportunity
  • Offer recruitment guidance to both candidates and clients on things such as; CV and interview advice, salary, market and competitor information
  • Project a professional, positive, energetic, honest and friendly image to all of our customers, both internally and externally.
  • Deliver first class customer service to clients and candidates.

 

You will work within an energetic office environment where creativity and ambition are encouraged and will be part of a team working together to meet the demands of clients, whilst being responsible for your own dedicated business area.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You will be an ambitious graduate who strives for success and who enjoys challenging yourself regularly
  • You will have business awareness either through your degree or through practical experience gained in an office environment. You will have the ability to hold professional and intelligent business conversations with staff and managers of all levels.
  • You will have knowledge of current political and business affairs which may impact companies across Scotland and have an impact on their ability to / drive to recruit.
  • You will be personable, with strong communication skills, have tenacity and a good ability to influencing decision making
  • You will be Degree educated to a minimum of 2.1, preferably specialising in Business related studies
  • You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position
