Technology is inescapable, it affects every aspect of our life. From how we work, relax and live our lives. While it is impossible to know what skills you might need in the future, having a good network of contacts that you can rely on to help you understand new challenges at work is precious and will aid you in learning new skills and abilities, as well as concurring upcoming problems.

Organisations today are increasingly looking for employees that will bring a strong network to the company with them. They know these people will be more likely to be able to solve problems if they have a great list of contacts and resources.

Embrace change

The new generation of workers (millennials) are largely against the idea of settling into a job and expecting to be rewarded for the many years they put in to the company.   2. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) technical courses (32%)
  3. Academic courses (17%)
  4. Management courses (17%)

For a century, workers have been adapting to changing environments and continuously looking to re-skill in order to keep up and this advancement of refined technology is no exception.
