Company culture is very much becoming the buzzword in recruitment at the moment. How your company is seen by both outsiders and employees alike is all down to what kind of culture you have.
Are you laid back and chatty? Or formal and quiet? It all has a massive bearing on the type of person you would employ because, of course, they'd have to fit in successfully with your existing workforce.
But how can you tell what your company culture is? Just because you don't have helter skelters in the hall and beanbags for chairs doesn't mean you don't have one.
Here are seven prudent questions you should ask yourself to assess what type of culture your company has.
